Survivors of War Progam

SurvivorsofWarProgramme

GUA Africa currently supports a small group of young people in Nairobi and Uganda who have all survived against unimaginable odds. Some were forced to fight as child soldiers in Southern Sudan, two survived the genocide in Rwanda which claimed the rest of their family, and all have trekked hundreds if not thousands of miles under desperate conditions to seek safety in the UN refugee camp at Kakuma, NW Kenya. Most of them are orphaned, and have no homes they can return to or extended family to support them.

what can you give

We have secured some sponsorship money for each of the above students from individual donors. Each student still requires sponsorship donations to cover their full school fees to enable them to continue their studies. A monthly donation from you will go towards providing an education for these young students.

School and College fees in Kenya and Uganda are high. This is the reason many bright young students fail to go onto High School or College. Help us to offer this group of young survivors of war the opportunity to build their futures. Become a life changer today!
